Yes, we offer financing options through third party providers, Green Sky and Nelnet. The financing qualification is quick and easy using their processes.

Buildertrend is a construction project management software that allows us to deliver a better client experience from start to finish on all of our projects. This software provides us the ability to streamline our process and host all communication and important documentation in one place. One of our favorite features is our client’s Buildertrend portal where they can stay up to date with their project’s schedule, to-dos and progress. It’s just like having your own personal website for your home project!

We vet our subcontractors in a multi-step process. We first make sure they have all of the pertinent professional insurances and trade licensing that will allow them to work in Texas. Next we gather general contractor referrals, review their past work and check to make sure they have satisfied clients.

All of our communication will be done and documented through the Buildertrend portal. In addition to this communication, clients will interact on a weekly or more basis with their Project Manager.

The timeline will ultimately depend on the scope of work. There are usually 3-8 weeks of pre-production work when permits and/or long lead items in the supply chain, such as windows, are part of the project. Our goal is to disrupt your home for as little time as possible, so that’s why we do all of our planning, permitting, and selections on the front end of the project. The length of time it takes to accomplish these front-end tasks will impact the construction start date.

The timeline depends on the size of the home, the location of the build, and the permitting requirements where the build is happening. Ultimately, for a new home build we plan on the build to take about a year for pre and post-production.
