Pregnancy Resources of Abilene

THEIR STORY WEBSITE

Since 1983, we have served approximately 60,000 women and their families by providing pregnancy testing, material support and community referrals. In 2004 we grew into a medical clinic by adding ultrasound exams to our free services already offered. “Learning 4 Life” education program was launched in 2011and a Licensed Professional Counselor was added in 2017. Most recently, we became the resource for Reproductive Grief Care by providing training and resources to our professional community, and adding in-house grief services for clients.

Other support services include pregnancy option consultation, pre-natal consultation & education, practical needs assessment, baby supplies, abuse screening, post-partum depression screening and intervention, spiritual support, and peri-natal hospice. In 2019, we provided over 3,400 services to more than 2,600 clients.
