Overlooking Boerne's lovely Hill Country scene, this gorgeous contemporary farmhouse kitchen was created in collaboration with the design expertise of Life by Design Interiors LLC.; one of our favorite design trade partners. Well worth the time put in, this home was designed with a large home bar, an expansive kitchen space with ample storage, built-in appliances, and custom cabinetry. Along with these features, the laundry room was expanded and reorganized to include additional pantry space behind the kitchen. For the hallway, new windows were framed out on the back wall facing the backyard. This opened up the kitchen for more natural light, and built-in cabinets were created underneath, perfect for entertaining. For easy access to the kitchen and bathroom, a side entry door was built as well. Last but not least, the 3/4 bath received a major update with a reorganized layout, a beautiful subway-tiled corner shower, and a freestanding vanity. Walking into this home, you couldn't imagine it being any other way.
